I am a certified yoga instructor with over ten years experience exploring this spiritual path. Synergy Center for Yoga and the Healing Arts in Miami Beach was where I received a three month training that provided me with a yoga alliance approved education and foundation for my teaching career.
Combining the styles of Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Sivananda the training was a cornucopia blooming the flowers and fruits of yoga with its infinite shapes, colors, textures, and tastes. I approach yoga with this understanding. Basically yoga is union, and the awareness of this union is the practice of yoga. I look to bring myself and others closer to realization of the self in its fullest expression. A deeply heart centered approach, I long to share, give and receive in this practice. I feel the blessedness of this path that I have given myself, and the grace of the opportunity to teach and learn this art.
