The mystery life provides for us is a great adventure! My navigational tools are born of love, and nurtured by love’s lessons. It is my one focus within the myriad of interests I cultivate. Luckily, I was able to synthesize my academic life with this very personal and multidimensional exploration of love and its power. I received my Bachelors of Arts in Behavioral Science at Lesley University (Cambridge, Ma.). Where I put together a major entitled Body, Mind, Spirit studies. This major combined the fruits of my prior study at Bates College (Lewiston, Me.) with various holistic health workshops, and trainings. I am fascinated by consciousness, and its interconnectedness with all aspects of a our lives: physiologically, spiritually, mentally.
What aspects of our lives contribute to health? How are illness, health, and wellbeing related to our mental, emotional and spiritual self? How did we ever conceive of these qualities as separate from the whole of our self? What gives us back a sense of integration with our mind/body/spirit, and how does that heal us from what ails? Love? My answer is yes. I am dedicated to exploring what love is, and how it heals. This is a life’s work. I continually explore the power of this process we call love, and use it to be as real and true in my personal as well as professional relationships.
